I got this coffee at a market while in Dallas and we love it. My husband and I love getting dark roast coffees from smaller roasters and we were thrilled with the El Fuego//Le Fue. The flavor is awesome and brews great coffee in a French press. Highly recommend! Also, the crew running the company is super sweet and the work they're doing is amazing.

In my household we are very specific when looking for coffee, we are far from the phase of drinking 4 cups of coffee, filled with flavor coffee creamer, milk or sugar… instead we take an espresso early in the morning and another one in the early afternoon, (we like our coffee) we take it black and when you do that there is no room for error or way to enhance the flavor. The coffee has to be dark, bold, with the perfect balance of bitterness. And Elevate Coffee has all that, besides they take pride on the crafting process (I’ve follow them on Insta) which makes them stand out from other companies. I’m very pleased that every time we grind our beans you can tell they are really fresh (comparing with other comercial brands) . This brand checks every box in everything I look in a brew, the aroma, the taste, the freshness

It is rare for me to try new coffee because no roasts are ever dark enough and they always disappoint. This coffee lived up to it’s label and was very good. It was also cool to receive it just days after it was roasted. Great coffee with an even better cause. I will be ordering again. Thank you!
